BTW, this is my first youtube video and my cameras all shoot 1080p but youtube only wants me to have 480p. I don't know how to youtube. A spark plug wire wasn't fully attached and that's why the engine sounds like a tractor in the first few shots. Oh, and this test started a massive gas leak from an old hose around the fuel tank area. There was gasoline everywhere (seriously, it was streaming out). Yeah... the EPA loves my fire belching, gas leaking, exhaust-less, and emission equipment deficient V8 powered daily driver.

One day I should post the vid of the first time she ever started...

It usually takes a bit for Youtube to fully register the 1080p dealo.

The flames are the only reason I included that bit of video. Trying to find ballpark timing without a timing gun handy can lead to some fun with fire.

I love how you have a fire extinguisher handy which reminds me, I need to buy one of my own.

Safety first. There were two extinguishers handy. One was the one on the ground and the other one was on the floor of back seat and is always in the car within easy reach of the driver.

Congrats!!! Old rubber fuel hoses are a big problem for us. We are always chasing cracked fuel lines around. I'm going to redo everything with 99% steel.

Hey, did you end up finding the right sized rubber supports for your radiator? Was it you having trouble with the aluminum radiators? How did that work out?

Yep! I got some correct poly supports as there was no price difference between those and rubber. I've been having the problems with rads. A replacement one in en route to me right now and should be in good shape. You know what they say "7th time is a charm."

Oh yeah, 7th time definitely will be it.

(yikes!)

Where did you get the poly supports from?
